recovery the transmitted data

Hello, and have you good day, Can someone help me to found solution for this problem;
The problem is: I sent data (for example ?1000 1001?) and due to noise the data change to ?1001 1011? , as the same way , if I send data (for example ?0001 0011?) and also due to noise the data change to ?1001 1011?, as you see I received the same error data (i.e. ?1001 1011?) for different data transmitted !! How can I found a good method to recovery the transmitted data?
