Help on PDE

I am using PDE toolbox to solve a PDE that does not belong to eplliptic,
parabolic, hyperbolic or eigenvalue equations. It is similar to a
elliptic equation, but has first derivatives with respect to r and z (in
polar coordinates). My second problem is, I am solving a problem in
axis-symmetric 2D, instead of planar 2D, the PDE toolbox was designed
for the planar 2D problems only.

Does anyone has some suggestions and ideas about these problems?

Thank you for your attention and help.
