I extend my apologies to the FBI and to Math-Teach. It turns out the translation services are provided by Google. The Google banner advertising this fact is above the FBI banner and small relative to the much larger FBI banner. I missed it, is all.
There may yet be excellent reasons to suppose the FBI, like most government agencies, squander public money, but translating their publications into Esperanto, Latin, and Yiddish is not one of them.
