NOTE:
This ap-stat EDG will be closing in the next few weeks. Please sign up for the new AP Statistics Teacher
Community Forum at https://apcommunity.collegeboard.org/getting-started and post messages there.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As you have seen, no messages have been posted to the ap-stat EDG since Aug 16. That is because all
the regulars have switched to the new AP Statistics Community
https://apcommunity.collegeboard.org/web/apstatistics/home
and are only posting and answering messages there.

Over 1600 of you have made the switch and I would urge everyone else to make the switch now because
**no more Course-related messages will be posted here**.

Here is a reminder of the steps involved in joining the AP Statistic Teacher Community.

1. You need to get an Education Professional Account at the Collegeboard. You have one if you have
gone through the audit process. If you do not have an account, go to
https://epl.collegeboard.org/epl/viewMyAccountAction.do

2. When you have an Education Professional Account username and password, you will use it to sign in
to the community at:
https://apcommunity.collegeboard.org/web/apstatistics/home
Enter your username and password in the panel on the left.

3. If you have not joined yet, you will see another Sign In Pane on the left and a message that
begins with "Hi, firstname lastname"
Because this Community is for Education Professionals only, it will help Chris with the
approvals process if you cut and paste the link to you CB Profile Page in the empty box in the Sign
In pane. You can get this link by clikcing on your name at the top right of the page.

4. When you have pasted this link, click the "Join Now" button. You will get an email message when
the Join Request has been approved.

5. You can use "My Preferences" to get a daily digest of messages or notification of all message
postings.

Hope this helps

Jim
