Colorbar and Legend on hardcopy

I've created a .m file that uses the colorbar and legend commands. When they
are used to the screen the legend or colorbar is displayed, but when I try
to print to either a laserjet 4 (for legend) or deskjet 660c (for colorbar)
the item does not get printed. In both cases the size of the actual drawn
graph seems smaller, like room was left to display the legend or colorbar, but
the actual object was not printed. What causes this to occur? Ok more
important, how do I fix it?

Thanks
