Calculation of twovariable function

I have a function which has two variables as follows: f(t)=exp(k1*t)+exp(k2*t)+...+exp(kn_1*t)+exp(kn*t). I want to find the values at different time t, i.e., t1,t2,...tm. I know that I can use a for loop for i=t1:dt:tm, f(i)=sum(exp(k*t)) end where k=[k1,k2,...,kn]. My question is: can I use a neat matrix formula to do the same calculation since matlab is matrix oriented. Liyong Chen
