Signals (i.e. block outputs) only contain their current value.
Even unit delay or buffer blocks contain only their current value, it just happens that this will typically be the previous/historical value of their inputs.

If you need historical information then you need to construct your model making use of unit delay, buffer, etc blocks to keep the history.
