I calculated the max number of qubits, max Iuniverse if the universe will be made of photons with the 1Hz frequency.

min Iuniverse < Iuniverse < max Iuniverse

15.392 × 10^61 qubits < Iuniverse < 4.544 × 10^104 qubits
