Plotting problem with WIN95

I am having a problem with matlab under WIN95. When I try to plot
using the marker '.' I do not get anything except the axes. If I use
'*' it plots fine. Also if I happen to have the figure window hidden
behind the command window while plotting with '.' markers when I bring
the window to the front I see the plot as it should be, but if I try
to copy it (or print -dbitmap or print -dmeta) I get only the axes
copied to the clipboard.

If this is a video card issue I am running this on a Toshiba 720CDT laptop.

Thanks for any advice or help,

John T. Stonick (jts@ece.cmu.edu)
