Beyond frustrated here.  I've made all the appropriate settings and have entered the community into my Verizon Yahoo webmail contacts list, and to date have only received the digest for 9/23/12 (and, I got that one twice).  When I finally received that one, I thought, "yes - problem solved!"  Since that date I haven't received another, nor are they in my Spam folder.  Any ideas on how to correct this?  Could it be my platform?  My browser?  From my perspective, this is definitely not increasing communication?
