Arrows in a plot

I was wondering if there is an easy way to draw arrows in a plot.

I looked at the Mathworks ftp site but the .m files related to arrow
drawing require the user to specify (x1,y1) and (x2,y2). Are
there any .m files that draw arrows using a interface similar to that
of gtext (i.e., click on point1, click on point2, and an arrow will
be drawn)?
