I am trying to build a Fractional-N PLL using Simulink. I need to a frequency divider in the PLL. In fact, part of the frequency divider is a counter which changes its output after every N/2 cycle. (N is an integer which is input by user). I don't know how to build this counter in Simulink (I don't want to use many Flip-Flops to build a counter). Anyone has any idea or has built a counter for Simulink?
Moreover, the frequency divider is a counter which divide the frequency by N for X cycles and then by N+1 for next Y cycles. I don't have any idea how to implement it. Anyone has any idea about this?
