Hey guys, I'm having a problem with the command detopelp. Here it's:

>> A=[1 3 9 7; 2 3 2 5; 0 3 4 1;4 6 9 1;]

A =

1 3 9 7
2 3 2 5
0 3 4 1
4 6 9 1

>> B=detopelp(A)
Undefined function 'sym' for input arguments of type 'double'.

Error in detopelp (line 12)
A=sym(A);

Anyone knows what could be causing it? I use MATLAB R2012b.
Thanks.
