We are working with a DSP card and we would like to use the ML engine
(PC-windows) to plot our results in real time. Therefore we are calling
the plot command many times in a loop by using the
engevalstring(plot(...)).

We have noticed that the update of the graph window does not proceed
automatically. We need either to click the mouse button over the figure
window, or to call the set command with
option visible on followed immediately by off and so on (this is not a
satisfactory result!) to see the updated graph. We tried to put
engevalstring(figure(1)) after the plot command but the graph window
remained in background.

What we are looking for is to open the window at the beginning of the
process, and to keep it opened foreground when adding the new points. This
procedure works obviously well in a M-file.

How can we proceed to do this with the engine library?

We are looking forward to hearing soon of you.
Thank you in advance and happy new year.

Yours faithfully,

Catherine Marselli
