Dear MATLABers (or MATLABists)

For a non-square matrix, interp2 works fine.
But, for a square matrix, interp2 does not function well.

>>A=rand(5);B=interp2(1:5,1:5,A,1:0.2:5,1:0.2:5)

In this case, interp2 returns a vector, but not a matrix. How come?
