hello there!

i'm trying to creat a cycle that column by column checks what's the lowest number of each column of a matrix, and because this matrix represents the costs of a pair worker/task, (rows is workers, columns is tasks) each worker can only have one task, so it has to find whats the most rentable way to do it.
so it has to identifie which worker has to do what and tell it. if possible represent the final price of performing every tasks.
thanks a lot, i can pay a small amount if it is correct!
cheers!
