Moreover, it is impossible to use the tool strip using the keyboard. You
may show the Window list pressing [Alt] [8] but the windows do not have
keyboard shortcuts assigned and the cursors do not work (they are sent to
the editor window instead).
On the other hand, the cursors do work when you open the Window list using a
Oh my?

The quick access toolbar is unavailable in the Web browser, in the Help
browser and in the figure windows. Figure windows have an ordinary menu
bar, which is inconsistent but better than nothing. But the browser windows
are bro/ken; there is no Window menu and no way to get at it, not even using
the Alt key.
