In v8, if you have

t = {{300, 1}, {250, 20}} //
TableForm[#, TableHeadings -> {{a, b}, {c, d}}] &

and copy the output cell using Copy As LaTeX, you get

\begin{array}{l|ll}
& c & d \\
\hline
a & 300 & 1 \\
b & 250 & 20
\end{array}

but in v9 you get

\left(
\begin{array}{cc}
300 & 1 \\
250 & 20 \\
\end{array}
\right)

That is, the TableHeadings are not copied and there are extraneous big parentheses.

Now, if you say

t // TeXForm

you get

\begin{array}{ccc}
& c & d \\
a & 300 & 1 \\
b & 250 & 20 \\
\end{array}

which copies the TableHeadings but not the horizontal and vertical rules. But if you say

t
% // TeXForm

the result is the same as Copy as LaTeX:

\left(
\begin{array}{cc}
300 & 1 \\
250 & 20 \\
\end{array}
\right)

Not sure I can see the logic behind these behaviors.
