What i have so far is the following:

[M N] = size(OriginalChromosome);
RandMat = rand(M,N);
NewChromosomes=zeros(M,N);
inti_val_of_columns= [1,4,6,9,13,24,26,28,41,54];

for m = 1:M
for n = 1:N
if mutP >=RandMat(m,n)
NewChromosomes= % here is the missing part and where i most likely need your help
end
end

Any thoughts?
