creating cylinders

Friends, kindly help me to figure this out:

I can now generate cylinders using MuPad. But I have hundreds of cylinders whose top and bottom centre positions and radii cylinder are calculated/generated in Matlab. I intend to call the MuPad function into a loop in my Matlab code and provide it with the matlab-calculated data to repeatedly create all the cylinders in the same 3D graph.

I don't know how(commands) to do this as I just found MuPad this evening.

Kindly assist me on how to call the plot::cylinder command of MUPAD into matlab.
