C = 4*E((1-x)^2/(1+x)^2)= (2pi)*((((d/dx)[AGM(x,x^2)]|x=Q)*(1-x)*x^2)/agm(x,x^2)^2 + (2x^2-x)/agm(x,x^2))

Where Q = (1-e)/(1+e) = (1-sqrt(1-b^2))/(1-sqrt(1-b^2)); e= eccentricity, and b = length of minor axis.
