How to implement coupled ordinary differential equation in Matlab

I am trying to implement adaptive hopf oscillator.

this is link of equations that i have to implement


equation 1 and 2 represents state variable equation

and equation 3 is learning rule

F is perturbation signal
w is intrinsic frequency of oscillator and this frequency adapts frequency of perturbation F according to paper
K is coupling strength constant

for e.g
mu = 0.7
K = 1
w = 20
F = cos(30)t or any other input signal ...

how could i implement this in matlab ?
