Very unfair to students (see memo from nysedregents.org).

The new rubric is fair to those students who got close to a 100. If they only received 81 out of 87 credits because of the 6 pts. lost from there being no grid on the graphs, they will still get the 100.
However, the only difference for passing betweeen the two rubrics is needing a 29 to get a 65 instead of a 30.
One point to make up for an inability to get 6 extra points on the exam? I hope the parents get mad about this one.
