Hi all,

I am new to image processing. I have taken some videos and photos during my experiment. And the snapshots shows a water rivulet flowing over the inclined cylinder. And I want to estimate the position and thickness of the rivulet with respect to the cylinder.

Can any one suggest me some automatic methods to identify the position and thickness of the rivulet.

Also, Can you tell me, whether it is possible to identify the motion of the rivulet from the captured video?

Thank you,
Murthy
