When i programmed this many years ago i thought it was easy to
reencode the numerals.

1=1
2=2
3=3
4=11 3+1
5=12 3+2
6=13 3+3
7=21 6+1
8=22 6+2
9=23 6+3
10=31 9+1
11=32 9+2
12=33 9+3
13=111 9+3+1
14=112 9+3+2
15=113 9+3+2
16=121 9+6+1
17=122 9+6+2
18=123 9+6+3
19=131 9+9+1
20=132 9+9+2
21=133 9+9+3

It probably still is but i am to tired well maybe i give a go tomorrow.
