Logging at major timesteps (ODE)

Hello,

Is there a way to determine when ODE45/15s is taking a major step?

I'm trying to figure out how to log certain variables of interest from within my function being integrated by ODE. Specifically, internal to my function I calculate signals which are not state variables (hence and OutputFcn is of no use) and I need to log these values. Since variable time-stepping solvers jump all over the place I don't want to log all the values of these signals during minor time-steps.

Suggestions?

Joe
