Subject: Re: RTTT positions at NYSED

Dear Colleagues,

I am writing to ask your help in getting the word out about five temporary
Race to the Top positions that were recently posted at
http://www.oms.nysed.gov/hr/listing.html. The
positions are for: Project Coordinators for Common Core Math (2
positions), Common Core Geometry (1 position), and Common Core ELA &
Literacy (2 positions). The incumbents will be responsible for assisting
in aligning high school Math and ELA tests with the NYS P-12
Common Core Learning Standards.

Candidates must have a master's degree and NYS permanent or professional
certification in English or Mathematics and at least three (3) or five (5)
years teaching experience, depending on the position, in that subject
area.

Thank you for helping to spread the word about these positions.
