pro bono lawyer to sue NIUZ.biz harm causing web hits

Looking for a pro bono lawyer to sue this website.
Searching in Google under Archimedes Plutonium draws up the below hit.
Google says that opening this website may harm your computer.

I suspect NIUZ is responsible, becuase whenever they are active, none
of my posts show up on Google except these NIUZ hits. So the NIUZ
seems to crowd out other posts and they are very much search engine
bombing.
Is there a pro bono lawyer for such a lawsuit and would cut much of
the monkey business that goes on over the Usenet. Sort of a wake up
call on abusers.
