I have 100 files, each one containing a heart beat. 90 of them are normal heart beats and 10 of them are abnormal heart beats. I want to randomly test each heart beat and for matlab to tell me if it is a normal or abnormal heart beat.

I understand that i have to train with the 10 abnormal heart beats to my svm model could better predict during testing.

The question i have is how do i input these 10 files to do training?
Each heart beat is 300 samples and 1 row. Do i add each abnormal heart beat to a different row? thus having 300 x 10 matrix?
