I just posted a similar question regarding people with experience with apps in the classrom, so I might as well ask here too.

I find books and things I can touch more reliable when teaching, but maybe the new apps are interactive enough? Currently looking at apps for Mental abacus teaching (like Mental abacus, Abacus Old school, etc), since buying real abacus frames costs.
