It seem my NyaN encoding seem to work to encode fractions from anybase
into bijective, bases but it seem i am unable to get any comments upon
it. So there seem to be something hushhush about all this, i am not
even able to find any articles in wiki or on web about bijective
encoding of fractions into bases.
