The ttest2 function was changed in a recent release to support a parameter
name/value syntax. Could it be that you are using an older release? Try
"help ttest2" to see if that syntax is shown. Under the older syntax, which
still works even in newer releases, you would type

[...] = ttest2(myData1, myData2, 0.01)
