uibuttongroup callback radio buttons

Hi..I have a code with uibuttongroup:

h1kanGrp = uibuttongroup('Position',[0 0.46 0.055 0.44], 'Units','Normalized');
h22 = uicontrol ('Style','radio','Parent',h1kanGrp, 'HandleVisibility','off', 'Tag', 'ch1s', 'Position', [1 240 40 20],'String','CH1');
h23 = uicontrol ('Style','radio','Parent',h1kanGrp, 'HandleVisibility','off','Tag', 'ch2s', 'Position', [1 210 40 20],'String','CH2');
h24 = uicontrol ('Style','radio','Parent',h1kanGrp, 'HandleVisibility','off','Tag', 'ch3s', 'Position', [1 180 40 20],'String','CH3');
h25 = uicontrol ('Style','radio','Parent',h1kanGrp, 'HandleVisibility','off','Tag', 'ch4s', 'Position', [1 150 40 20],'String','CH4');

i have a problem with a callback..How can I create a callback with uibuttongroup?

for example: if is first radio button checked A=2

can you help me?
