Thanks u steve lord for u r reply,
I am getting the error like orders must match while using deconv command for galois field data,when i run the following program,here my intention is i am looking to put the encoded message in systamatic form,can u please give some solution and please check is there any mistake with my vector representation for corresponding equations.

m=3;
n=2^m-1;
k=4;
% m=3;
input=gf([1 1 0 1],m) /// input message x^3+x^2+1
a=gf(zeros(1,n-k+1),m)
a(1,1)=gf(1,m);
A=gf(zeros(1,n-k),m)
A=a ///represents x^3
% b=gfconv(u,A) ///input*X^3

genpolyBCH = bchgenpoly(n,k) ///generator polynomial
c=conv(input,A) ///input * x^3
[q,r]=deconv(c,genpolyBCH) ///(to do division input*x^3)/(generator poly)

Error using ==> gf.deconv at 16
Orders must match.

Error in ==> Untitled2 at 83
d=deconv(c,genpolyBCH)

Thanking you,
