optimization using fmincon-constraind nonlinear minimization

hello;

I need your help
I have a problem in matlab simulink to optimize. this latter problem is non-linear with non lineair. constraints . when I used the SQP optimization algorithm matlab each time a message appeared as follows:

No feasible solution found.

fmincon stopped because the size of the current step is less than
the selected value of the step size tolerance but constraints are not
satisfied to within the default value of the constraint tolerance.

what is the problem here.
