multi-trace MATLAB plots

Hi,

Does anyone know how to do multiple trace plots using MATLAB. I'm not
talking about a plotyy thing. For example say I have three types of data
(amplitude, phase, and frequency) that vary according to time. It would be
nice to divide the MATLAB figure window into three traces or bands and
plot amplitude phase and frequency as a function of time. Sort of like the
following.
