Convergence of the series for very small num

Hello,
I would like to simplify further the expression for num=10 in the summation analytically. Any comments would greatly appreciated.
qt[\nu_, num_, \Delta_, t_] := (1 + 2 Exp[\nu] Sum[Sin[(? d)/num]/((? d)/num) Exp[d^2 \Delta^2]Cos[(? d)/num (2 t + 1)] \nu^(n + d/2)/Sqrt[n! (n + d)!],{d, 1, 10}, {n, 0, 10}])/num
