Could be Fingerprint´s GoF Test a Neyman-Pearson´s?

Without discarding that Fingerprint´s GoF Method could be used very well for simultaneous tests regarding more than two Distributions and an arbitrary number of test sets (the Inspectors) that will classify by 0´s and 1´s the outputs, I feel that the simple Neyman-Pearson, N-P, scheme: if H0 is impossible then Ha must be accepted, must be reviewed when be applied to one set and two Distributions, H0, Ha. Manly because the sample-under-test can evidently show an output with zero or very low frequencies in respect to both leading to presume that the true Distribution keeps unknown, situation that N-P clearly does not support.
