Using DigitalWrite to send multiple TTL Pulses at the same time

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to use digitalWrite from ArduinoIO to switch multiple pins from 0V to 5V at the same time. The command appears to only allow for one pin to be used at a time.
I have tried doing for loops and sending them in the same line but their is a a noticeable delay.

Can someone recommend a way to send multiple TTL pulses at the same time? Is there a way to do this? I have seen some people making attempts to do this using the Arduino IDE, but I am trying to make progress just through MATLAB, so the code is not that helpful.

Thanks.
