dear friend..
how can i generate sea clutter with rayleigh distributed in matlab?
For the independent and identically distributed RVs w1,i and w2,i (1=1,2,..) distributed as N(0,sigma^2), the RV: zi=(w1,i^2, w2,i^2)^(1/p). value of p can be p>=1 o p<=1.
thanks & best regards for your answer..
