Does MATLAB has a function/block like "bit to integer"?

For example, consider the following sequence of input
values:
0 1 0 1 1 0 0 0 1 0 1 1 1 1 1

With the number of input bits set to 3 and the order set to 'MSB" (most
significant bit first), the output sequence is:

0 0 2 2 2 6 6 6 1 1 1 3 3 3 7
