Hi all.
I have an image of an object (tree). I am interested in computing the number of pixels in layers (from the base of the tree) of 2 cm, i.e, how many pixels corresponds to a height of 2 cm, 4 cm, etc.. I know that i can use regionprops to compute the number of pixels in each layer I just do not know how can I perform this "mask". Can someone give me a hint on this please?
Thanks
