Good afternoon

A guy named Mustapha Chouar pretends on math.stackexchange.com (in an off-topic post) that he solved the "mystery in prime number distribution". His explanations are in French. He put a short clip on Youtube where he shows his discoveries. The link is at the end of this post.

Since I'm not an expert on prime number distribution, can anyone evaluate the credibility of his explanations? I don't usually trust someone who publish his discoveries on Youtube instead of peer-reviewed journals.

Thanks.

Here is his statement (in French) :

---------------------------------------------
