Oh good, its not just me! In full agreement with previous posters, #6, 13, and 37 are my 3 main complaints.
FIVE out of 30 multiple choice questions were on roots of a parabola/quadratic equation, which is such a small part of the course. Hence, no room for important topics like y=mx+b, systems, ratio/proportion/percent/error, etc...
How far into tomorrow's grading will NYS cave and post an announcement to accept any choice for #13? (Despite what Amsco says, statistics is the study of all data, not just numerical. Hence, choices 2, 3, and 4 are all bivariate!)
Also, is writing an equation from the roots in the curriculum anywhere and I missed it? Or was that just an application of other standards?
