Hey Guys,

I have two matrices A and B.
A is a 5x8000 matrix, B is a 5x9500 matrix.
B contains all of A in a scrambled order as well as 1500 entries I would like to remove.

How can I obtain a matrix C that contains the data in A ordered in the pattern of B?

Thanks!
