Specifying analytic boundary condition in pdetool

I have a PDE subdomain (say \Omega) that is bounded by \Gamma = \Gamma_1 \cup \Gamma_2. I need to specify an analytic boundary condition on \Gamma_1 and Neumann condition on \Gamma_2. Specifying Neumann condition appears to be straightforward from the menu option. My analytic condition is something like
u = exp (2 i x ) , x \in \Gamma_1.

How do I specify this condition on \Gamma_1? Is there a way to tell pdetool to use this condition by writing an additional M-file and then reading it in the PDE model?
