Sorry for a tiny but confusing typo. The header of the first table in my OP:


n=20 n=52 n=100

H-D shuffle() F&Y H-D shuffle() F&Y H-D shuffle()
F&Y Expected


should read:


n=20 n=52 n=100

H-D shuffle() F&Y H-D shuffle() F&Y H-D shuffle()
F&Y Expected
