I am trying to develop a simulink model of a spin scan reticle from a passive IR homing system in order to determine the effectiveness of jamming. I am new to Matlab/Simulink and I am looking for advice on how to model the system in Simulink. I think that the best thing might be to model the seeker head as a DC motor TF? I have completed some basic control theory using Matlab but I am unsure where to go for this. Any help is appreciated.
