Sent at the request of Bronislaw Czarnocha.
This announcement of the Ad Hoc Discussion group to be held during
the deliberations of the annual meeting of PME 37 in Kiel, July 28 -
August 2, 2013 appears late due to many misunderstandings.

In addition to the themes specified in the proposal the
Teaching-Research for 21st Century Discussion Group will also discuss
questions suggested by PME 37 IPC:

How do the mathematics teacher-researchers define "research"?

What kind of research do teachers need?

Thank you

Bronislaw Czarnocha
