I need to find a fundamental solution for the following PDE:

x f_x + c y f_y + y f_z = 0

where f=f(x,y,z) and c is a constant.

It's been a while since I took a PDE course; I completely forgot which techniques are used for that. Could somebody give some hints? Thanks!
